How to Track Every Trip with Wanderinga

From a weekend hike to a round-the-world journey, here is how Wanderinga keeps every memory alive.

Travel is made of moments. The problem is that most of them slip away before you even get back home. Wanderinga was built to fix exactly that.

Create a trip in seconds

When you land somewhere new, open Wanderinga and tap New Trip. Give it a name, pick the dates, and you are set. Everything else — the stops, the routes, the memories — gets added as you go.

Creating a trip in Wanderinga

Add stops as you explore

Each trip is a collection of stops. Right now, a stop represents a city — the place you were based or passing through. When you arrive somewhere, search for the city and save it to your trip. Add a personal note while the details are fresh.

More stop types are on the way. The plan is to support a wider range of points of interest so you can capture not just where you slept, but the specific places that made the trip memorable.

Import your GPX tracks

Already recording your adventures with a GPS device or a running app? Wanderinga reads .gpx files directly. Import a hike, a cycling tour, or a road trip and see every turn you made on your personal map.

Your passport, filled with stamps

Every territory you visit gets a stamp on your digital passport. Wanderinga uses a territory-based list — so Hong Kong, French Polynesia, and Svalbard each count distinctly, not lumped under a parent country. Your stamp collection grows with every new destination.

Wanderinga also tracks your continents visited, total territories, and total distance travelled. Watching those numbers grow is surprisingly addictive.
